Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@certagenlaboratories.com with your order number.
- Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
- We do not accept returns on shipped products. This protects product integrity, quality control and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days to the original payment method.
Damage protection
Every order is protected against damage in transit. If a product arrives damaged we send a one-time replacement at no cost. Every damage claim needs photo evidence and is reviewed before a replacement ships.
